My Jas's birthday

This is close to a week late but nevertheless...

Jasmine
darling hit the big 2 last sunday! Wish I could have spent the day with her and the rest but had other obligations. Anyhoo, she's been nth short of awesome to me throughout the whole 2 years that I've known her and I love her to bits. Always the peacemaker of Unit 32, she's constantly found with a huge smile on her face and laughter coming from her room. I've kept every single one of her notes of encouragement and well wishes and little gifts that she silently slips under my door or hangs on my doorknob. Our relationship is totally contrary to that of two people with hardly anything to say after months of not seeing each other. We've never run out of things to tell each other and I doubt we ever will.

Sorry again that I wasn't physically there to spend your special day with you, but I'm glad someone (I forgot who it was.. heh) invented the phone to let us talk our hearts out. lol.

Happy Birthday again, dearie.

Lotsa love,
xoxo

Chee Cheong Fun's graduation

a very late post, but nevertheless

C
ONGRATULATIONS
CHEE JONI!

Ms. Chee, looking every bit the professional psychologist that she is.

Curtin's graduation ceremony has got to be one of the better ones in WA, i reckon. So what if we've got no free food and the mega expensive fees are spent on real spectacular firework performances? unlike those shown on screen..
*ahem* ecu *ahem* hehe. jk. Besides, if you want free food.. crash UWA's graduation. hahah.

PLUS, we've got free entertainment! During Lanny's year, there was a random dance number by 3 girls who probably went to the wrong event. This year, we've got a tranny frenchmaid! Doesn't get any better than that does it?

LOL. i wonder what the dean and chancellors had to say about their transfer student's performance..

Jeremy, looking every bit like the....... jeremy that he is. Lol!

For those contemplating on which uni u shud spend the rest of ur remaining study years in, the choice, my friends, is obvious =)

Silent loathing...

A curse that's like a time bomb just waiting to go off.

She wants nth more than to run away and find solitude in a place where loathing cease to exist.

Clothed in joy, but filled with brokenness.

She needs a miracle.

God of Hope, help.

Happy Chinese New Year 2008!

It's the year of

Have an awesome, fruitful and prosperous year ahead! And eat away on all the deliciously scrumptious oh-so-heavenly CNY goodies. hehe

On a less brighter note, Perth is the deadest city to spend CNY!. I haven't heard a single firework go off yet...not from my place anyway. i think the cina population in Perth is depleting! Help!

Darn u melbourners...stole away the hearts of the cina community..

It's gonna be just another normal day in Perth today... *sigh*

Iron Maiden...who?

Apparently, British Heavy Metal's No. 1 band was in Perth and Jon, Aaron and I caught full view of their plane while sending Jon off at the airport.

Somewhere Back In Time World Tour '08

Envy us! Lol. I barely know who they are...the only ever time I've heard of them was from Wheatus's Teenage Dirtbag song

"...I've got 2 tickets to Iron Maiden, baby..." LOL

Kuching in a nutshell

i'm back in perth! it's sort of a mix of bittersweet emotions - happy to be back with all these beeyootifull ppl here but at the same time missing the equally beeyootifull ppl back home..and the food..and the gym..and the shopping.

this is gonna be a compact post bout all the people/places/things that makes me love home so much. yea sure, we can hate the countless rapists n snatch thieves, wish heartless kidnappers wud just rot n die, and disagree n despise corrupted leaders, still you cant help but have that weird love for Malaysia...somehow. then again, name one country that's perfect. Zilch.

ok ok enough of my mumble jumbles.. here's a couple things that have been going on and what i miss most bout Kuching!
